Take a habanero pepper, chop it up into tiny pieces and throw it into a tofu stir fry with mushrooms, green onions and carrots. Add a lot of cayenne pepper too!
Whoa! I love me hot food. Really, I do. Even with the sweating and open mouthed breathing.
Have I mentioned I love cayenne pepper? I do. And I have a good reason too.
The nonprofit, World's Healthiest Foods website tells us that cayenne pepper is useful for pain-relief, a healthy heart and to spray in the eyes of would-be attackers. Multipurpose!
Also, if you EVER have nasal congestion - cayenne pepper to the rescue!!

In other news, it's time for another anime update (because it's been six months and I know you all don't care). There was a sad, massive loss of my 200 gb drive...all my anime was lost. *was sad*
So, back in March, I was watching:
Bakumatsu Kikansetsu Irohanihoheto (finished!) , Bleach, Busou Renkin (finished!), Code Geass - Lelouch of the Revolution (licensed), D. Gray man, Kiba (lost interest), La Corda d'Oro Primo Passo, Nana (waah! need to re-find interest) , Naruto-Shippuuden, Red Garden (too creepy) , Death Note (too creepy and licensed), Saiunkoku Monogatari (licensed) , Tokyo Majin (licensed). Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge (licensed, god knows why)
Now, here in the month of September, I'm watching:
Baccano! in which we learn...something, I'm sure. There is a crazy cast of characters and immortal stuff and a train called the pussyfoot.
Claymore in which we learn an organization (of men) created human-demon crosses to fight demons. All the human-demon crosses are female, called claymores. They tried out males, but they kept getting too excited, awakening their demon blood and turning into uber-demons. This is a suprisingly moving anime, ignoring the dismemberment scenes (and there's a lot of them).
Code-E - in which we learn about a high school student who has the ability to emit electromagnetic waves, generally making it impossible for her to enjoy vending machines, cell phones and apparently electronic blackboards.
Zombie-Loan is my dumb anime. I still love it, though. :)
Still watching: D. Gray man, La Corda d'Oro Primo Passo, Naruto-Shippuuden
I download all my anime at www.animesuki.com except for Naruto which is through www.dattebayo.com
I don't believe in bittorrent anymore and now use utorrent. It's a downloader's best friend.
