There were some nice blue ones that were too masculine for Mina but would look nice on Dex.
Mina's ended up being $40 and Celeste's was $32 or so. My only saving grace is that I've never had to buy them collars; all their previous ones were free, for a variety of reasons. So I figured it was okay to splurge this once. ;)
For some reason Celeste had a thick generic country accent in my head while reading her blog post.

Speaking of my weird dog, he's all fine and dandy with me putting on his Police Dog Action Vest (/seat belt harness) but rain coat? No. Sweater? No, even when he's shivering. Is Mina available for some fashion tutoring?
