IMPORTANT TO READ PLEASE

When you make peanut butter and jelly sammiches, do you put pb on both sides so that the jelly does not make the bread gross?

I do. This is the correct way to make a pb&j. If you have been doing it incorrectly, no worries, do it right and be happy. That is all.

If there is PB on both slices of bread, then the jelly is left to slime around in the middle and there is no satisfactory sandwichy adhesion between the slices.

Plus jelly + bread infusion = yum!

Ditto! Plus, you will get jelly going right out the bottom of your lovingly-made samwich.

I have never experienced the jelly sliming around in the middle - it sticks to the pb very nicely! Plus, the PB sticks to itself.

Jelly + Bread = CRUNCHY BREAD. Yuck!

But the crunchy bread is my favorite part!

Oh noes!

It's just a texture I don't like, for some reason.
